Hired as the founding Product Designer to design an internal accounting tool from 0 to 1. Accounting workflows were complex, so I applied a domain-driven design approach to structure the product architecture. Conducted user interviews with every accountant to understand their experiences and performed usability testing for each feature. Collaborated closely with the CFO throughout the process.
